Terms of Service

By accessing or using Opale UI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with our License Agreement. This license allows you to use the template in personal and client projects, modify the source code, and create derivative works for end products.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template source code
• Share your account or purchased files with others
• Use the templates to create a competing product or template marketplace offering
• Claim ownership of the original template design or code
• Remove or alter any license notices in third-party components

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once template files have been delivered. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product.

Opale UI retains all intellectual property rights to the templates, including design, code structure, and branding. Your purchase grants a usage license — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You retain full ownership of any original content, modifications, and end products you create using our templates.

Our templates incorporate open-source components from libraries including Shadcn UI, Magic UI, and Skiper UI, among others. These components are provided under their respective licenses (typically MIT). You are responsible for complying with these licenses when using our templates. We do not claim ownership of third-party open-source code included in our products.

The Service and all templates are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment. You are responsible for testing and validating the templates in your own projects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opale UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or templates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use purchased templates remains valid, but you will lose access to your account and future downloads.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
