License

Each Opale UI template purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the template. Specifically, you are allowed to:

• Use the template in unlimited personal and client projects
• Modify the source code freely to fit your needs
• Create derivative works and end products for yourself or clients
• Use the template in commercial projects and SaaS applications

To protect the value of our templates for all customers, the following uses are not permitted:

• Resell as a template — You cannot sell the template (or a modified version) as a standalone template, theme, or UI kit
• Redistribute source code — You cannot share, distribute, or make the template source code publicly available
• Open-source it — You cannot publish the template or its source code under any open-source license
• Share accounts — Each license is for a single user; you cannot share your purchase with others

You may use our templates to build end products for clients. The end product must be a unique implementation — not a resale of the template itself. Your clients receive the right to use the end product but do not receive a license to the original template source code.

Our templates include open-source components from libraries such as Shadcn UI, Magic UI, and Skiper UI. These components are licensed under the MIT License, which permits free use, modification, and distribution provided the original copyright notice is retained.

Your Opale UI license covers the template design, structure, and any proprietary code we authored. Third-party components remain under their original open-source licenses, and you must comply with those terms independently.

Opale UI retains all intellectual property rights to the original template design and proprietary code. Your license grants usage rights — not ownership. You retain full ownership of any original content, customizations, and end products you create.

If you violate these license terms, we reserve the right to revoke your license. We may pursue legal remedies for unauthorized redistribution or resale of our templates.
